What We Do

At JCE, you’ll work on projects that keep homes comfortable, businesses operating, and construction moving forward throughout the Roanoke Valley. Depending on your role, that may include diagnosing electrical problems, completing residential upgrades, wiring commercial and multifamily properties, servicing heating and cooling equipment, installing new HVAC systems, and performing routine maintenance. It’s varied, hands-on work that gives experienced tradespeople the opportunity to apply their skills while helping newer team members build practical field experience.
